That’s why we need to have a clear policy, to ensure that business runs smoothly and you, along with everyone else, get the very best treatment you pay for at Skin Focus & Caboolture Natural Therapies…

Price of Services/Treatments, Goods & Payment

All Services/Treatments and Goods prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST (except Gift Voucher purchases which do not include GST). Online purchases of gift vouchers are subject to a PayPal processing fee.

Price Variation: Skin Focus reserves the right to change or alter prices to Services/Treatments and Goods without notice. The price applicable will be the price applicable on the date the Services/ Treatments or Goods are purchased.
Method of Payment: You may use your MasterCard, Visa, EFTPOS, store Gift Vouchers and cash for in store or telephone purchases. For online purchases you may use PayPal or bank transfer. Payment must be cleared before Goods are dispatched.

Gift Vouchers

To purchase a Gift Voucher/s ...

Drop into the salon ... if you can, call us before you come in & we will have it ready for you
Call us ... you can collect or we can post to you. Of course, allow up to 5 working days for delivery as Australia Post can be unpredictable
Purchase here online ... you can collect, we can post or we can email. Again, allow up to 5 working days for delivery by Australia Post or 24 hours for e-voucher*
Are valid for 3 months from the purchase date
Are not refundable
Are to be redeemed for treatments only, and are not redeemable for cash or products
Cannot be redeemed for discounted advertised treatment offers
Will be deemed nil & void should you cancel a scheduled appointment with less than 24 hour notice or ‘no show’

Skin Focus & Caboolture Natural Therapies at it’s discretion may offer discounts & promotions in store, however all offers are for a limited time only and are available until stocks last.

50% off Your 1st Visit Promotion (only when on promotion)

Valid for your 1st visit to Skin Focus only & unfortunately this offer is not available for our existing Beauties.
Printed 50% off voucher must be redeemed at this appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or ‘No Show’ will void offer.
Redeemable on full priced salon treatments as per our Treatment Menu, excluding nail enhancements, packages, Fountain of Youth, IPL, retail products & gift vouchers.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer or pre-purchased gift vouchers.
Where more than 1 service is undertaken, the most expensive will be discounted.

Refer a Friend Promotion (only when on promotion)

Your referred friend must be a new client to Skin Focus Skin & Beauty Clinic.
Only one 50% off may be used per visit.

Discount is redeemable on full priced salon treatments only excluding nail enhancements, packages, Fountain of Youth, IPL, retail products or gift vouchers.
Not to be used in conjunction with any other discounted offer or pre-purchased gift vouchers.
Referee must have been to Skin Focus in the past 6 months.

Trade & Save Promotion (Only when on promotion)

Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
This offer is valid when you schedule a ‘Healthiest Skin Ever Skin Assessment’ with a Skin Focus Skin Expert.
Consultations are by appointment, which are subject to availability.
Less than 24 hours notice to cancel or ‘No Show’ will void offer.
‘Trade In’ applies to purchases of skin care only ie: Sothys or ‘O’ Cosmedics.
‘Trade In’ of Sothys or ‘O’ Cosmedics prescription skin care products is not valid.
Discount is redeemable on full price skin care products only.
Discount will not apply if you do not have your ‘Trade In’ products at the time of purchase.
