Booking and Rescheduling
As an independent Australian owned local business we ask that you respect our booking and 24 hour cancellation policies. Skin Focus adhere to a Booking Policy designed to protect not only our business’ bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients. So please read & be aware of this so there are no surprises.
Please book carefully. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business financially and means that other clients cannot book those time slots with us and wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professional therapists. We employ the very best therapists and we invest a great deal of time and money in further educating them, therefore you will appreciate the importance of our Booking and Cancellation Policy.
Securing Your Booking:
A 50% deposit, using a valid credit card at the time of booking, is required to secure all appointments.
Online booking also requires a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure all appointments.
Appointments are reserved especially for you and we understand that plans change. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment so that we can offer the allocated time slot to another client. Your deposit will be transferred to your next booking, or refunded (less $10 administration fee and merchant fees).
'No Show'/Late Cancellations:
If less than 24 hours notice is given or if you fail to attend a scheduled appointment your deposit will be forfeited.
We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays for cancellation of an appointment on the following business day as sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your scheduled time slot.
If the scheduled appointment is a Gift Voucher or Free/Discounted Client Reward Treatment redemption the time has been lost and therefore the Gift Voucher or Free/Discounted Client Reward will be deemed null & void.
Repeat late cancellations, late rescheduling and ‘no-show’ offenders may be refused future appointments. To ensure we always offer the best service and quality, from time to time, we may need to modify, discontinue or change prices on treatments without prior notification.
You will receive an SMS to your mobile phone @11am two days prior to your scheduled appointment.

NOT confirming is not a cancellation.
If confirmation is not received within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment it may be canceled, without notice, & your deposit forfeited.
