We ask that you respect our Bookings and Cancellations Policy

As an independent Australian owned local business we ask that you respect our booking and 24 hour cancellation policies. Skin Focus have a Booking Policy designed to protect not only our business’ bottom line and in turn, our affordability, but also to keep things fair for all clients.

Please book carefully. No-shows and last minute cancellations enormously disadvantage our business financially and means that other clients cannot book those time slots with us and wastes the time and expertise of our highly trained professional therapists. We employ the very best therapists and we invest a great deal of time and money in further educating them, therefore you will appreciate the importance of our Booking and Cancellation Policy.

A $25 deposit, using a valid credit card at the time of booking, is required to secure appointments less that 1 hour in duration and a deposit of $50 is required to secure bookings greater than 1 hour but less than 2 hours in duration. 50% deposit is required to secure bookings over 2 hours.

Appointments are reserved especially for you and we understand that plans change. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice should you need to change or cancel your appointment so that we can offer that time slot to another client. Your deposit will be held for your next booking, or refunded (less $10 administration fee and merchant fees).

However, if less than 24 hours notice is given or ‘no-show’ your deposit will be forfeited and the remaining full-priced cost of scheduled treatments will be debited to your credit card. We cannot accept messages left on Sundays or public holidays for cancellation of an appointment on the next business day as sufficient notice, as we will not have enough time to try to rebook your scheduled time slot. If the scheduled appointment is a Gift Voucher or Free/Discounted Client Reward Treatment redemption the time has been lost and therefore the Gift Voucher or Free/Discounted Client Reward will be deemed null & void.

Repeat late cancellations, late rescheduling and ‘no-show’ offenders may be refused future appointments. To ensure we always offer the best service and quality, from time to time, we may need to modify, discontinue or change prices on treatments without prior notification.

In the very rare instance that a booking deposit has not been taken, & a late cancellation or no show occurs, the offender will receive an invoice for $1/minute for the entire missed scheduled appointment time.
